I have always had bad experiences at the dentist, so I usually dread going. Typically, the dentist doesn’t explain anything, and the assistants don’t listen when I mention that I struggle with X-rays. However, my visit today at Dentists of Eagle Mountain was completely different. From the moment I arrived, Jansynn, the dental assistant, was incredibly professional and actually listened to my concerns about X-rays. I have a sensitive gag reflex, and she made sure to take them carefully while keeping me as comfortable as possible. She communicated with me throughout the process, which made a huge difference. Then Dr. Neda came in for my emergency appointment. I needed a crown, and she was absolutely fantastic. She explained everything clearly before proceeding, ensuring I understood what was happening at each step. I also dislike needles, but she administered two shots so smoothly that I didn’t even feel them—something I never thought possible! The entire procedure was done with great professionalism and care. The finance person also took the time to go over my costs thoroughly, so there were no surprises, which I greatly appreciated. This was hands down the best dental experience I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for a dentist who listens, communicates well, and provides excellent care, I highly recommend Dentists of Eagle Mountain, especially Dr. Neda and Jansynn!
